1. Material reasons

Therefore, precise, efficient, and low-cost processing methods for ceramic materials are particularly important.

Currently, the commonly used methods for processing zirconia ceramic top teeth include grinding machines and ceramic CNC machine tools. Both of these machine tools require relatively professional masters to complete. During processing, first use a grinder to cut the zirconia ceramic top tooth piece, and slowly grind out the shape of the top tooth, and finally use a ceramic CNC machine to complete the hole processing.

2. Structural reasons

When processing zirconia ceramic top teeth, attention should be paid to the accuracy between teeth and edge chipping. Generally, a grinder is first used to process the tooth shape, and then a ceramic-specific CNC machine tool is used to process the holes or threads on the top teeth. Depending on the size and number of tooth shapes, the processing time also varies greatly. Zirconia ceramic top teeth have low electrical conductivity and high chemical stability. Therefore, these characteristics of ceramic materials must be considered when subsequent processing of ceramic top teeth.
