Management requirements, formulate differentiated emission reduction measures; in 2020, the Atmospheric Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment issued the "Technical Guidelines for the Development of Emergency Emission Reduction Measures for Key Industries in Heavy Pollution Weather (2020 Revised Edition)" (Environmental Affairs Office Atmospheric Letter [2020] No. 340) The ceramic industry performance classification indicators are further improved from the aspects of equipment level, energy type, pollution control technology, emission limits, unorganized emissions, monitoring and control level, environmental management level, transportation mode, transportation supervision, etc., and differentiated emission reduction measures are optimized to increase On-site verification methods, etc. At present, the performance grading of the ceramic industry is mainly based on the requirements of Document No. 340.
The latest performance rating results of refractory materials show that among the provinces (cities) where heavy pollution still occurs in the past three years, a total of 21 provinces (cities) contain normal production of building ceramics enterprises, and a total of 20 provinces (cities) contain normal production. Production of sanitary ceramics, daily ceramics, special ceramics, garden art ceramics and other ceramic enterprises. The number of architectural ceramics enterprises in Fujian, Sichuan, Shandong and Jiangxi accounts for more than 50% of the number of architectural ceramics enterprises in the country. The number of sanitary ceramics, daily ceramics, special ceramics, garden art ceramics and other ceramics enterprises in Shandong, Henan and Hunan accounts for more than 50% of the total number of architectural ceramics enterprises in the country.
